RENTAL POLICIES:- Rates quoted are in US Dollars, Double Occupancy, Additional guest is $10 per night, plus tax

- Reservation Requirement (within 7 days):
- 1- $400 deposit is required within 7 days for confirming and securing your reservation. ($600 for 28+ days reservation)
- 2- The name of each guest, your mailing address, and telephone numbers (home and cell)
- 3- Your Rental agreement signed and returned within 7 days
- Please Note: Your reservation is Not secured until we receive your deposit.
- Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
- Additional guests are $10 each, per night
- Maximum of 4 guests
- Low Season Minimum stay 5 nights and must begin or end next to an existing reservation (7 in high season – 12 nights during holiday season)
- $165 Cleaning (2024) and $185 (2025)

- Check-out time is by 11 a.m.
- Late Check Out – 1 daily rental fee high season, 1/2 daily rental fe e low season (must be approved prior to receiving final payment)
CANCELLATION:- Guest are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss in case of the need to cancel / revise travel plans.
- $100 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 or more days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Payments are non-refundable if cancellation is within 60 days of scheduled arrival date.
- Fairness Clause: If the unit can be re-rented, a prorated refund will be issued
- Cancellation on or after arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund – all funds forfeited
