US 3.3% and 4.5% for other countries<\/li>\n<li>* &nbsp;Pay Pal FREE \u2013 No fees when using monies within your account or linked to your bank account<\/li>\n<li>* &nbsp;Pay Pal FREE for initial deposit of $300 due immediately to confirm and secure reservation<\/li>\n<li>Money Orders in US Dollars obtained at your local bank<\/li>\n<li>Bank wire of funds &#8211; additional fee of $16.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #375085;\">CANCELLATION POLICY:<\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">$100 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 or more days prior to scheduled arrival.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Payments are non-refundable if cancellation is within 60 days of scheduled arrival date.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation on or after arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund \u2013 all funds forfeited<br \/>\nFairness Clause: If the unit can be re-rented, a prorated refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #375085;\">REFUNDABLE SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT POLICY:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The refundable security deposit of $300 is fully refundable if the condo is left in good order and the keys are returned to the lockbox ($50 fee for any lost keys). Additional charges may be incurred for any breakage, damage, missing items or housekeeping charges beyond normal use, such as excessive laundry, unwashed dishes, un-emptied trash, or additional cleaning required.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The deposit refund, less any deductions, will be mailed within 14-28 days of check-out or returned via Pay Pal if reservation payment was made by credit card. Refund will be determined by inspection provided by our housekeeper after your departure.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>This is a \u201cNon Smoking\u201d unit Including Lanai.
