    • Reservation Requirement (within 7 days):
      • 1-   $300 deposit is required within 7 days for confirming and securing your reservation.  ($600 for 28+ days reservation)
      • 2-   The name of each guest, your mailing address, and telephone numbers (home and cell)
      • 3-   Your Rental agreement signed and returned within 7 days
    • Please Note: Your reservation is Not secured until we receive your deposit.
  • Remaining amount due is required 60 days prior to scheduled arrival
  • Maximum of 4 guests
  • Cleaning fee of $125 for all reservations
  • Late check out fee – 1/2 Days rental cost in low season, 1 day for high season
  • Refundable Security Damage deposit of $300
  • All monies payable in US dollars
  • Payment method: Checks, Money Order, Credit Card
  • Outside US – Money Orders in US Dollars obtained at your local bank
  • Credit Card payments processed thru Pay Pal for additional fee 3.2% US and 4.5% Other
  • No Fee for Deposit Only, Credit Card payments
  • Bank wire of funds – additional fee of $16.00
  • Minimum of 5 nights reservation low season and 7 nights in high season, 12 for holidays
Discounts of 5%-12% for returning guests and longer stays.
  • $100 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 or more days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • Payments are non-refundable if cancellation is within 60 days of scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellation on or after arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund – all funds forfeited.
